Warner Bros. confirms Scribblenauts Unlimited for Wii U (with all-new multiplayer mode)

It was expected, and Warner Bros. has confirmed that Scribblenauts Unlimited is coming to the Wii U. There will an all-new multiplayer mode and a focus on exploration. There are screenshots after the break.
