Ubisoft has confirmed they will be hosting “an invitation-only press conference at the Los Angeles Theater at 3 p.m. PDT, June 4″. This press conference will feature:

…demonstrations and trailers of Ubisoft’s upcoming lineup of franchise hits, including games for the new Nintendo Wii U, as well as digital titles, special guests and surprise announcements.

There will also be playable versions of Assassin’s Creed 3 and Rayman Legends on the show floor. It’s not explicitly stated if the Wii U versions of the games will be there, but I’d be surprised if that wasn’t the case.

YEAH! So we’ll have Wii U news sooner than we expected… I mean, a day sooner :/

  • Jono

Rayman Legends is my most anticipated game, and I doubt E3 will change that. So pumped! :)

Isn’t that a bit dangerous, what with Ubi’s leak history. Ah, I’m sure Nintendo’s on top of it.

That fact that they are so anxious to show off their Wii U stuff to me is a testament to how good this system is gonna be.

All the developers have has glowing responses regarding the system and keep telling us that were are going to be shock. It seems like Ubisoft really must have figured out he Wii U controller in a hurry and can’t wait to show us what they got.

CDON has lots of interesting titles listed under Wii U, and Ubisoft title Red Steel 3 is one of them. I wonder if that will happen. RS2 was really cool, although a bit on the short side.
