Michael Gamble of Bioware has revealed that the DLC for Mass Effect 3 which provides an extending ending for the game will be included for free within the version for the Wii U. It’s a small decision, but with all the flack the original ending caught when the game was released, it’s also a good one.

From what Ive heard ( and I diddnt play the series ) your decisions from part 1 still have active causes in parts 2 and 3…But how do they do this if you didnt play part 1/2? Can someone tell me please?

In Mass Effect 2 for the ps3, they had a digital comic which retold the events of the first game. You are able to make decisions through the book which will than be carried over to the story mode to ME2. They can do the same for the Wii U version.

Making anything free is a good decision in my book. :)

i believe xbox360 and ps3 got the dlc for free
but we get it inside the disc :D

i thought this was confirmed a while ago?
    well, good reminder :)
(if i’m right of course, if not, nevermind)

    • TheAquacharger

It was announced all the way back at E3.

I will wait until they release a combo with the first entries of ME or a Trilogy disc, if not i will pass on ME for the Wii U

    • Tails the Foxhound

You’ll be waiting forever, ME 1 was paid for by Microsoft, it remains exclusive to PC and 360.

well thats good. becuz i dont know an idiot who would pay just to see the last part of film after a movie’s credits. i mean its pretty much the same exact thing. i hate it more when its obvious a company is trying to rip you off. especially for a stupid game.

      The ending dlc was free…

thats what you think. unless you can get it without an xbox live account, then i guess it was free. other then that, people who doesnt spend $60 a year or $10 every month, pays for it.

    • Electric Zoo

You can get it with a free silver account, or free on PSN if you have it for PS3

      What?

not everybody has internet sheet -up T-T

    • Mass Effect fan

What did you say if you not like it don’t buy it

  • the vita is dead

There won’t be any trilogy outside the XBOX360. The 1st game I think was exclusive to the system.†

    • TheMightyFludd

I have Mass Effect 1 on PC.

    • Tails the Foxhound

Exclusive to PC and 360, yes.

    • Total911

I like how you got 4 thumbs-down for stating the truth. “OMFG IT’S TOTALLY HIS FAULT THAT IT’S AN EXCLUSIVE SO I’M GONNA VOTE IT DOWN”

why are they talking about the ending so much, whats in it that its making it sound so bad?

    • Tails the Foxhound

The original ending was god awful (your choices amount to a recolor, trollolol), so they made a new ending and gave it away for free. The new ending is what they’re talking about here, so it’s good news.
