The debut trailer for BIT.TRIP Runner 2

Based on what we’ve heard, BIT.TRIP Runner 2 from Gaijin Games could come to the Wii U. And, with that in mind, the debut trailer for the game can be found after the break.

    yeah more bit trip runner is great but those graphics are horrible, HD or not big back the retro love

    I haven’t actually played any of the games in this franchise so i can’t give an accurate judgement.

    This isn’t Wii U footage. It says it may come to the Wii U. This is most likely Wii footage.

      This isnt coming out on the Wii.

      Its for 360, PS3, Steam, and theyve heavily hinted theyre making it for Wii U as well.

      Actually, David goofed up. It’s not called “BIT.TRIP RUNNER 2″ its called just “RUNNER2″.

    This better damn well be fake…. and im almost positive it is… CMON DAVID, first that stupid DonkeyKong3D picture (with SmashBros 3d next to it) and now this?… We come here for news and rumors…. dont mix the two.

    OK, my opinion.
    Keep the red sneakers. Add more to music. CV looks a little gay when he’s jumping. But leave in the spring pad movement. There’s too much in the enviroment. Try to declutter. All in all, a good start. …still miss 8bit though. :(

      I mean, I still like the 8-bit better, but I don’t hate these new graphics. It’s a nice change from all the older games in the series.

      There are too many 8-Bit Homages, and HD Remakes, these days. I want something from this time, that developers, 20 years later can reference.

      I actually love the new look. Q is right, there are too many 8-bit homages. I like how vibrant the game is.

      Another thin to note: This is an HD game. HD is High Definition, in both visuals and audio…

      The Bit. Trip games (even though this is technically just called Runner2) have always had fantastic music, but runner had by far the best soundtrack. I’m excited for the new sounds this game will make… even if that sounds weird.

    These graphics…. are awful. Just… absolutely terrible. It looks like a fan’s fake BIT.TRIP Runner 2 screen shot. What the hell happened to the retro graphics? THAT’S what the players loved about the series! This… is a HUGE disappointment. And for PS3? REALLY?!
