Madden NFL 13 and FIFA 13 are confirmed for the Wii U, but Electronic Arts never confirmed if NHL 13 was being prepared for the console. A representative for the company, however, has said that we should “definitely keep [our] eyes open in the coming weeks”, so maybe we’ll see something announced on September 13th.
IGN has received an invitation to an EA-hosted event that focuses upon their EA Sports titles, along with the confirmation that the event will include “EA Sports announcements on Wii U”. At the event, FIFA 13, Madden NFL 13, NHL 13, and NBA Live 13 will shown, but it’s not clear if all of these titles will be for the Wii U. FIFA 13 was already confirmed though, and we probably can expect to see Madden too.
