BIT.TRIP Runner 2

BitTrip, the company behind Runner 2, announced via Facebook that they will be releasing Runner 2 on the Wii U eShop tomorrow in Europe. The North American release received a patch last week fixing several bugs in the game, while those who download the game in Europe will have the patched version of the game immediately.

Ubisoft has released a demo for ZombiU on the eShop in Europe. Personally, it was my favourite launch title for the system, so I’d suggest you check it out the demo you don’t own the game.

Nintendo Direct Logo

In addition to a media briefing in New York City on the 13th of September, there will also be a Nintendo Direct broadcast for folks in Europe. The event will focus on the Wii U, and we can expect a release date, price, and lots of other details announced for the platform. Keep following this blog for more details when they arrive.

Update: The official splash page for the event has been added to Nintendo’s website. The event itself will be streamed at 3pm, based on UK time.
