Epic Mickey 2 for the Wii U has been in development for about six months

In reference to Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two on the Wii U, Warren Spector has said they didn’t “keep [the game] secret as long as you might think”, explaining that:
We put together a proposal that got kicked around at Disney, and Nintendo for long time. At the end of the day we probably seriously started working on it about 6 months ago. I just have to be clear about the one thing.
This is a surprisingly short amount of time, and makes a lot of sense considering how the earliest rumours of the game were repeatedly squashed. It’ll be interesting to see how the short turn-around time affects the final product of the port.

Disney has confirmed that Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is coming to the Wii U in North America on the 30th of November. You can check after the break for a higher-resolution version of the box art.

Disney has released a supremely-silly promotional video for Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two and, although the gag is obvious from the get-go, it still gave me a chuckle. You can check it out after the break.
Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two has been confirmed for the Wii U. There were no specific Wii U-centric details shared via Nintendo’s media briefing, but I’m sure it won’t be long before we hear something.
