Preorder a new Wii U bundle at Walmart

Walmart has listed a new bundle to pick up the Wii U at launch. It contains the Wii U itself (either the “Basic” or “Deluxe” bundles), New Super Mario Bros. U, and a Wii Remote Plus. You can view the listing to see if it’s something you want to pick up.

    this bundle is too expensive i guess im out of a preorder does anyone think i will be able to get one on launch date

    BE WARNED!!!

    This bundle DOES NOT give you a discount and is literally the exact same as you buying all of the items yourself, only walmart is calling it a “bundle” to get people’s attention and buy it from them… even though they’re not offering anything different.

    The only good thing is that you can secure several items rather than just a game or system. Also the Wii remote can be swapped for a Pro Controller or NSMBU for another game.

      A game of choice and a Pro controller for only 50 extra bucks, that definitely look like a good offer to me, or what I´m missing?

      Starting FROM that price. $409 for Basic set, 1 game, and either Wii Motion Plus or Pro Controller. Choosing the Motion Plus SHOULD lower the price by $20.

      This bundle is the only option you have if you want to get the deluxe bundle. At this point, i don’t have the resources to give a crap…

      It’s not the only way to get a deluxe bundle, just walk into one of your local stores and chances are no one has pre-ordered it in store. I went like a few days after the details were announced and I was the first person to order one. For reference I went to BestBuy.

    Is the Deluxe Wii U sold out everywhere else? The Kmart and Walmart near me say that they aren’t accepting preorders yet.

      My local BestBuy says I’m the first one to pre-order (in store). Give it some time and I’m sure there pre-orders will be ready. I was able to pre-order the system, but they didn’t have a SKU to pre-order Rayman Legends

      I work at Target and Gamestop and put the preorder through the bundle in this post. Gamestop and Target ran out of Deluxe’s too quickly.

    This is a rip off, at Game Stop they had the Deluxe (with game)
    for $350. They still have the Basic for $300. Wal-Mart is charging $409 for both.

      Gamestop had the Deluxe bundle with a game. This deluxe comes with two games and an accessory.

    I bought this and paid for it to be shipped to my on launch day. Maybe not the smartest move but at least I got my deluxe pre-order. Plus the wii remote was already shipped to me.

    walmart sucks. target is always better. they also have these cookies that are just Mmmm seriously they just make me happy. with milk. it has to be soaked with milk first or they wont taste good. these cookies:

    David, it’s worth noting that a lot of retailers in the USA have their Wii U preorders sold out. At least the deluxe bundles. If you check gamestop’s page right now it’ll tell you that the deluxe’s are sold out. An article I read said wal-mart, best buy, toys-r-us, and sears were all sold out of the deluxe as well.

    I hope that isn’t the final price, because I would love to pick up a Premium version for $349 down the road. However it might be different in Canada from the States. And Wal-Mart is the closest thing I got for buying games as the nearest EBGames is an hour’s drive.

    I’ll check my Wal-Mart, I tried to pre-order my Wii U at GameStop and they were all out of pre-orderable systems.
    He said it was going to be it was going like this all across the city!
    Is anyone else having troble pre-ordering the Wii U?

      Across the country is more like it. I’ve been searching for a deluxe, and this is the only place I have found it.

    I bought the deluxe bundle from here last night. Out added up to $500.41 this is after tax. It’s not worth it to anyone out there woo wants this crappy ass Walmart deal. I canceled my order this morning and got my money back. I’m just gonna wait til the next shipping.

    forcing us to include a game and an accessory that not all of us need (especially at launch) so they can bump up the price of both sets by $100? I just can’t do that…
    I actually feel better sitting around with my Basic Set preorder at GameStop just hoping they’ll get more deluxe sets.

    I don’t care if I a not saving any money with this. This seems to be the only place left to get a Deluxe, so I placed the order. I was gonna get Mario and the pro controller anyways :)

    It is not just Super Mario Bros U.
    You can modify the extra game and the color of the wiimote.
    I got a deluxe console w/ ZombiU and a blue wiimote.
