Nintendo characters are coming to Scribblenauts Unlimited

Scribblenauts Unlimited Nintendo Characters Wii U

Warner Bros. has confirmed that Scribblenauts Unlimited will feature various Nintendo characters, including Yoshi, Peach, Luigi, Mario, Link, Zelda, Epona and a Goron. You will not be able to modify these characters, but items such as mushrooms and karts will also be available, which sort of makes up for that.

The characters are also exclusive to the Wii U, since:

The 3DS version was already finished and moving into manufacturing (cartridges take longer to produce) by the time the deal was signed with WB & Nintendo.

In the big scheme of things, it might be a small addition, but it’s still a neat one.

    someone should ask them why wont they just make dlc for the 3ds one.

    They should’ve put in Bowser and Ganondorf so we could see all of them duke it out. Thinking of Nintendo, they probably didn’t want the violence, but wouldn’t it have been tubular if alone Mario or Link would fail, but add in Luigi and Zelda and they win! Ganondorf could also turn into Ganon if he defeated both Link and Zelda because he would have acquired the triforce and Bowser would put Peach in a cage or carry her around until Mario saved the day! Man… I’m bummin’ myself out…
