      Blue Shell.

  • UrM0msPu$$¥

So will we have these for Wii U accomplishments?

    • AxGamer

      In a nutshell I imagine….

  • http://twitter.com/Loganku Logan

Are these for Wii U accomplishments?

  • Hybrilynx

these things are boring and i dont even look or care about it in xbox. besides they have been out for ages. just in-game (like beating a racing lap under 2 minutes) and not on a menu on the console. im just talking about the accomplishments btw.

    • Exclusive Content

I feel the same way. Achievements are a nuisance… :P

    • Alex_Atkin_UK

How can something which is effectively optional be a nuisance?

If you don’t like achievements, ignore them.

    • AxGamer

I know I complained about the FC system but all you ever do is complain! Go to a PS3 fanboy site like IGN and moan there instead!

    • Hybrilynx

boo. achievements and stuff arent even made properly anyway.

  • xdlugia

So much bitching… Am I the only hardcore achievement hunter here in the WiiU community?

    • Exclusive Content

well, I for one couldn’t care less for achievements, in fact I find achievements to be more of an annoyance on 360 then victory. Especially that *blink* sound ._.

    • uh20

achievements are nice things to have, end of discussion

when implemented properly, they add tons of replay value to the game, dont deny it

    • uh20

i say bad implementation is when they are too common, or are for things that are not very amazing

another thing a proper achievement system should have is a bit of reward

in the face of this achievement list, its medeocre, be happy or sad, theres no real bad or good with em

    • Ichigo Kurosaki

No you’re not. And to prove it I’m willing to bet my trophy list will be larger than urs. =D

    • xdlugia

It probably will, because I do cheevos and not trophies ^^

    • me

achievements suck and ruin the story for me. I hope there’s a way to turn off the notification.

Was the accomplishments thing even confirmed? or is it still a rumor? I hope it’s real because I would love it so much. The reason why I still play alot of xbox games after I beat them is because of achievements.

    • Dead SCream

      I was confirmed i believe!

    • Holonboy

It wasn’t officially confirmed by Nintendo or a third-party representative, but a leaked spreadsheet from a developer practically confirms its existence.

  • AxGamer

Why have acheiments if you cant share them online due to the stupid FC system! Does Nintendo expect me to live in a giant city like New York or London! I live in f****ing dullesville kansas how am i supposed to have freinds that have a Wii U!

    • Turtshadow

It’s confirmed the Wii U won’t use friend codes but will use a similar form a adding friends as the PS3 or 360

    • Zyblorg

There is a number still being referred to as a “friend code,” according to Reggie. He hasn’t gone into the specifics of how it will work, but in an interview following this year’s E3 he said that people who wanted to be treated like adults and not be forced to trade numbers online/over the phone will be happy with the system.

      http://kotaku.com/5917363/better-friend-codes-achievements-and-more-nintendo-answers-our-burning-wii-u-questions

I actually just remembered this one after reading excerpts from the more recent interview.

  • http://twitter.com/Revolution5268 Revolution

    what does the numbers represent?

    • NeonNerd

It’s the 360 list so it’s points to your Gamercard.

  • AxGamer

I think he was referring to accomplishments but misnamed it

  • http://www.facebook.com/JonathanRider Johnny Rider

None of them really give much away, in fact some of them have somehow made me want the game more.

  • http://www.facebook.com/AJ.Fowl Andrew Chambers

I think that Assassin’s Creed games do achievements right. Most are fun to get and aren’t generally just a bunch of repetitive tasks. Some are, so I just skip them. And if you connect with your uplay account you can unlock content with those achievements

    • darkninja9

yeah thats part of what i like about the assassin creed games not only do you have the achievements to look forward to after the end of the game but unlockables or even in the middle of the game you can add more throwing knives for example

  • Dalalailama

that list is for xbox 360… 1000 gamepoints, secret achievements… and any of the achievements on the list gives you a reason to think that its for wiiU.
