With preorders expected to start soon, GameStop is preparing for the Wii U. You can check after the break for photos from various retail locations throughout the United States. They’re also focused on the black version of the console, which is interesting. Maybe it will be available at launch.

Yeah, bundled and not sold separately. It’d make for a perfect pack-in game.

probably becuz the black version looks better. obviously becuz how humans see the color black. if we were an owl or whatever kind of animal that can see in the dark, they would probably like a white one better. but thats not how we work. anyway, i just want one with good software and doesnt break down reading disks.

well – if ur Wii wasnt played 1 month or so , this happens with double layer discs – but try this with a Xbox360/PS3-u will get the same result…

  • ViralDarkness

I’ve seen those in Gamestop for weeks, and I think Gamestop chose to advertise the black Wii U because it simply looks better it looks more hardcore.

  • RockieOllie

I’d rather see those posters being Project P-100 posters. That game is a far more enticing reason to buy a Wii U than Nintendo Land. Plus, people love tentative titles for games with the word “Project” in it. LOL

From what I’ve seen, nintendoland is supposed to have 12 stages in it, yet only five have been shown. I think being they really want to show off their new systems capabilities, it would be pretty cool to have the five announced attractions loaded onto the system at launch, and sell the additional seven as dlc. Gives us free games to help understand the functions of the game pad, and on top of it promotes their ability to deliver dlc with ease.
