All of the downloadable content for Assassin’s Creed 3 is coming to the Wii U

There’ll be a sizeable amount of downloadable content coming to Assassin’s Creed 3 — a new single-player campaign spread over three releases, along with new multiplayer maps and characters — and all of this content will find its way into the Wii U version of the game. There’s a “season pass” for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game, which provides a 25% discount, so hopefully there’s a similar initiative for the Wii U. Either way though, we won’t be missing out on the full experience.

    The more DLC episodes we get in the U version of ACIII, the better chance I’ll be getting it.

    I got my Freedom Edition on Gamestop today for my Xbox and I’ve played for like 7 hours straight. I must say that it is indeed a brilliant game, and it does last VERY long, and the open-world is HUUUUUUUUUUUGEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

    Though I do feel that a map on the Gamepad would be great, because I never care to boot up the map, but just run where I think it is instead.
    I’m on sequence 6 now and it is so far way better than Revelations and probably Brotherhood as well. This game has a lot of Zelda in it as well.

    My point is: Don’t hesitate! BUY IT!

    It better have all the PS3 exclusive stuff like the sword and extra campaign. but i don’t care for that. i HATE DLC but i love the FREE DLC yep. so hopefully it’s free or at least 50% off for a limited time

    Don’t go for the Season pass without thinking about it! The Season Pass for Gears of War 3 last year actually cost you 8 bucks MORE than if you bought the DLC individually!

      Didn’t I say “without thinking about it”? Even after the money you saved on Gears 3′s DLC you still ended up paying more because they (ironically) didn’t release ENOUGH DLC for the Season Pass discount to actually save you any money. YOU learn to read AND do some research, dumbass.

    Why are you people so excited over this? Planning an entire DLC CAMPAIGN in advance, before the game is even shipped and then over 3 seperate DLCs, borders on extortion. They won’t be getting full price from me, no way. I’ll wait the 2 years if need be and get the gold edition or whatever for 30 bucks, because I refuse to support this highwaymanship. Bye, pre-order.
