There wasn’t much fan-fare for Tank! Tank! Tank! when it was announced at E3. The game is a port of an arcade game that, at least in terms of graphics, doesn’t seem to make the most of the Wii U. But in another example of why it’s best not to make assumptions, IGN has said that the game is “one to keep an eye out for in the console’s release window”, and:

While it may not be about to blow us all out of the water, this is one war game that’s not afraid to go on a charm offensive.

      graphics don’t make the game

      I think that was satire.

    • Beat

I still wouldn’t play this game because of the graphics. Mostly because the gameplay doesn’t look all that interesting either.

    • LaLaLa

I agree with you, but he said it was horrible because of the graphics and nothing else. I would buy it if it was on the E shop.

  • Tails the Foxhound

Huh, it’s a port? Very slightly less interested in this. Still looks like fun though.

  • DanDroid

I think I was the only one excited for the game, to me at first glance this game has so much potential to be extremely fun and it still does look like it can be. I hope I’m not the only one who feels this way.

This game is just a quickly-developed game from Namco-Bandai made just to take advantage of people wanting a game for Wii U at its launch. Not to be a hyper-critic about it, but it’s just one of those kind of games–you know, a launch game. I’d hope they wouldn’t sell it at full price, but you know they probably will. This is a $15 game you play and you can find in the used game bin two weeks later at GameStop.
